garudalexes began operations in early 2019, founded by legal professionals who recognised a need for advisory services that combine technical precision with accessible communication. Our practice was built upon the observation that many organisations seeking legal support in Thailand value clarity and structured processes as highly as legal expertise itself.
From the outset, our focus has been on three core service areas: investment promotion applications through the Thailand Board of Investment, joint venture and partnership structuring, and anti-corruption compliance frameworks. These areas were selected because they represent recurring requirements for both domestic and international organisations operating within Thai legal frameworks, and because they benefit from a methodical, detail-oriented approach.
Our name, garudalexes, draws from the Garuda, a figure in Thai cultural iconography representing vigilance and principled action. The name reflects our commitment to attentive legal practice and our grounding in the regulatory context of Thailand.
Over the past several years, we have maintained a consistent approach: providing counsel that is clear in language, comprehensive in scope, and calibrated to the specific requirements of each engagement.
